undo front shocks swb Vitara?

hey been having some trouble undoing the top nut/bolts for the shocks on the vitara as they are extremely tight
anyone in the know care to share some knowledge on how to get it undone :confused: without resorting to using mr angle grinder :grin:
need to get the body off for the chop b4 it goes onto the rover chassis & the front shocks are the only thing stopping the body from coming off

Front
[1] remove the three mount to to strut tower bolts

[2] remove the strut to spindle nuts and bolts

[3]separate the strut/shock absorber
Rear
[1] remove the nuts from shock and pull out
straight from the Haynes manual :huh:
just get some loctite freeze and spray them and that will help ;)

just grind em off, you wont need em again

go and buy a 12v rattle gun, cheap as chips, I use mine all the time when not an air comp
